Like many of you, I am a lifelong athlete starting to play baseball, basketball, and soccer since I was 3 years old.
Also like many of you, being an athlete didn't always equal physique and strength goals. Maybe it was my high school strength coach, or maybe just my diet. Either way, I had to relearn what it meant to be strong and stay athletic.
I was always super skinny, never able to put on real muscle and growth, always trying to eat in excess hoping it would get me more mass.
Fortunately, through trials I have found what worked for me and that is what I am going to share with you.
I have spent thousands of dollars on fitness coaches and from that I have gained an immense amount of knowledge about different styles. I want to make this accessible to you for much cheaper than what I paid. I am not saying it'll be the exact programs, but I am confident in my ability to at least get you to where I am, which means as I continue growing, you will continue to have a ladder to climb.
I want to share how I put on mass, how I obtained my physique, while staying nimble and avoiding injury throughout the process. No more ego lifting, no more feeling like you can't walk after a session. I used to do all of these things, in fact I put myself in the hospital one time from my training regime.
With these programs and our experiences we hope to help you look in the mirror and become who you look like in your head.
